California Wedding

My cousin Jennifer got married in wine country in June and we all traveled to see her. It was so much fun, and relaxing to travel with no kids or husbands. Thanks to mom and dad for taking us on this trip, and thanks to Jennifer for getting married so we could take this trip. It was a blast....

We all danced and had a lot of fun at the reception. Mom and Dad shouldn't have since they were in a motorcycle accident and dad broke his leg, note the walking cast, and mom tore her rotator cuff and couldn't lift her arm the whole trip. They were troopers.

We got to hang out with cousins that we hardly ever see even though we live close to each other. It was fun just seeing everyone and acting young again.

We all had fun, and got a little bit on each others nerves but it was just like old times.

remodeling

So we are finally in the ending stages of out remodelling. We have tiled our entry way and both bathrooms and I love it. I can't wait for new carpet to come then we are really done for a while. I have wanted to get rid of the carpet in our master bathroom since we moved in. Only took seven years to make it happen.....

Mother's Day

Mothers Day was great this year. My sisters and I did the race for the cure on Saturday morning. Lisa took Brecken and I took Sarah and we both walked the race. Trish and Mandy ran the race because they are training for a 1/2 marathon. It was fun to get together. We did dinner for mom at her house later that night, which Jerald cooked, and that was awesome.

Later that night, Jerald and I went to the Eagles concert. It was really fun.
Even though they are old they sounded great.

Sunday we went to Jerald's sisters house for brunch and then just hung around the house. It was really relaxing and it was so much fun to have someone to be a mom to on Mother's Day...I love my family.

Mexico Vacation

Jerald and Jeff went fishing one day while Andrea and I stayed back and went to the spa. They had so much fun.
They both caught as many fish as they could in an 8 hour boat trip. It was just the 2 of them on the boat with the 2 guides and they had a blast. They both came back tired and happy so it was worth it for them.

Here is the view outside of our room. We had a great pool that we hung out at pretty much most of the time.
There was 3 pools at the hotel and we hung out at the quiet one. There was also a kid pool and a party pool that had activites going on most of the time.

We went to dinner at a restaurant on the last day that overlooked the whole town and ocean. It was beautiful and fun to just relax. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Mexico Vacation

Sorry it has taken so long to post our vacation photos.
Jerald and I went to Puerto Vallarta in March with Andrea and Jeff and no kids. It was a wonderful vacation. We did a whole lot of relaxing and lounging around the pool and we were pampered in our all inclusive resort. We had so much fun. Our hotel had it's own private beach that had wonderful sunsets and 3 great pools. There were iguana's walking around and peacocks too, that were like the hotel's pets.

We did go on a boat trip over to a private island so dinner by candlelight (because there was no electricity on the island) and a dancing show that showed the cultural aspect of the county. It was really cool and beautiful.

We had a great time and got a lot of relaxing done while we were there. We got a lot of sun, check out Jerald's eyes. This was only half way through the trip. It was worse by the end. He looked like he belonged there. We had a lot of fun and can't wait to go back.

Go Utes!

Well, I'm a little late but I had to post this cute picture of Sarah in her cheerleading outfit. We had some family over to watch the game and Sarah was raring to go cheering the team on. It was fun and the Utes won so it was even better..... Go Utes...

Merry Christmas 2008!!!

Christmas Eve was spent at mom's like usual and we all got together for dinner. We played Bingo and did a gift exchange.
Sarah is really into giving hugs
and could not stop hugging hernew cousin Brecken, over and over, and over. He was really patient and didn't really know what to do because if she really likes you she hits after she hugs. It's great.Mom and Dad gave Sarah a rocking
chair that I got when I was 3 years old from my Grandma and Grandpa Blair. It was so cool to have this
for my daughter and I'm really glad that they decided to give it to my
daughter.
It was a really low key and nice evening.
I love my parents and appreciate everything they do for us.
It is nice to have all my sisters around also. We just need my brother and his family, but maybe next year.

Christmas morning was nice also.
Sarah still was loving her rocking
chair. She doesn't really get the
whole holiday yet. Maybe next year. All she know is baby and stuff.
I think next year will be fun.
We will have Andrew for Xmas
morning and she will be a little bit
older and understand Santa and presents a little more.

We went to Nana's and Bapo's on Xmas afternoon and that was nice so. It's always nice to get everyone together and spend time together. Sarah got a tutu and leotard from Jake, really Christina, that is so cute. She would wear it then get tired of it but she had a lot of fun. Bapo even picked out an outfit all by himself for her that is so cute. Way to go Bapo... She loves the talking dog also. She loves everything that makes noise or sings songs. Christmas was great... We love our family....
